LHD Academy of Science is the National Association for Local Health Department Data Collectors. Our Members are Local Health Department (LHD) data collectors that serve in NACCHO member health departments.
The LHD Academy of Science has over 753+ member health departments across the country! We look forward to our continued future growth.
LHD Academy of Science is grant funded by many State Health Departments and the CDC. We specialize in supporting member Health Departments data collection needs.
AOS also holds the National AOS Library of Local Health Department Surveys, Assessments and Measurements. Our members work together to bring together this library, where data can be compared, benchmarked and aggregated at a standardized Local, State and National level.
